MrOutliner aims to provide high-quality barber education, grooming services, products, and customer experiences. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service or product purchased.

2. Barber Appointment Refunds

Appointment cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.

  • Eligible cancellations may receive full refunds
  • Late cancellations may receive partial refunds
  • Missed appointments are generally non-refundable

3. Barber Academy Programs

Refund requests for academy courses must be submitted within 7 days of purchase if course access has not been significantly used.

  • Completed or heavily accessed courses may not qualify
  • Downloadable digital content is non-refundable
  • Live mentorship sessions are non-refundable once completed

4. Product Returns & Refunds

Physical grooming products may be eligible for returns within 14 days after delivery.

  • Products must remain unused and unopened
  • Damaged or defective products may qualify for replacement
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable

5. Digital Products

Digital products including downloads, video tutorials, templates, and online resources are typically non-refundable after purchase.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
